Description

You will be a natural sales person with a flair for business development. You will be working alongside the Sales Director to implement sales strategy and growth plan.
The Role:
To act as the Sales Manager, supporting the Sales Director, in the conversion of new leads and opportunities to clients for the company within the UK region.
To drive forward an aggressive growth plan.
To support the sales function to achieve aggressive growth plans for the business as a whole.
To actively inform and sell all product practices using a variety of sales techniques
To support sales team members to generate new business leads and opportunities and to actively build on client potential
To be responsible for new client mapping and strategic future client plans and initiatives
To develop creative proposals and budgets in response to client briefs (30%)
To develop competitive, on brand responses to tenders (30%)
To actively contribute to sales pitches
Your Profile
- Four plus years relevant experience with management responsibilities
- Educated to degree or professional qualification level or qualified by experience
- Ability to think at a strategic level
- Proven track record in sales
- Accounting and pricing acumen
- Sales and results hungry
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Interest in current business issues
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
