Description

We hire people, not skill sets. We know you have a story, and we want to hear it! We are looking for a relationship builder not hard core salesperson!
Our business partners include leading agencies within the event management, marketing and communication industries, PR consultancies, digital and design companies and HR and marketing departments of corporate companies and luxury brands.

You will start as a Account Manger with full guidance and support and after an initial period of 3-6 months, you will lead the way in developing relationships, winning and retaining new clients throughout the UK. We have some amazing relationships for you to enjoy!!

You will learn to become a specialist in our industry adding value to clients by understanding their needs and exceed their expectations, full training & back office and administration support will be provided.

You will be asked to contribute to research that is of interest to our clients and candidates, pull together content for marketing mailers and blog for our marketing manager - you will be truly integrated into our business and a very valued member of the team
• Manage your desk in line with financial targets
