Royall Appointments was founded by Jennifer Royall on the principle of providing a personal service to clients and candidates based on her knowledge gained from working in the sectors she now recruits for.

We provide a fast and friendly service that’s delivered with the minimum amount of fuss.

During her time in event management recruitment Jennifer has successfully placed candidates from grass roots to Board level with a number of high profile corporate companies and creative agencies.  Please feel to ask us who!

About Jennifer  

Jennifer is a skilled recruitment professional with an operational background in event management, marketing and communications.

She began her career in support roles, moving from office assistant at a PR agency through to PA, before making the move to an account management role herself.

Her career continued to grow. She gained several years experience in event management (agency and client side) whilst getting to grips with client marketing and communication strategies.

As a natural people person, Jennifer found the move to recruitment an easy one. She spent two years at a generalist agency before moving into specialist events and communications recruitment.

Jennifer’s hands-on experience working in the sectors we recruit for guides our work ethic; her training in Neuro-Linguistic techniques enables her to quickly build rapport, dispel limiting beliefs, and communicate with clients and candidates at a more effective level.
