- The ability to effectively manage and direct your team — direct people management experience is essential for this role.
- A knack for building rapport, both with your team and our clients, using excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proven planning and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to go the extra mile to keep clients satisfied.
- Demonstrable experience of financial management of budgets exceeding 150k.
- A track record of producing winning client proposals.
You’ll need to have a flexible, ‘hands-on’ management style in order to succeed at this role. You’ll be responsible for organising a wide range of events both in the UK and abroad.
