We are seeking a Graphic Designer or Event Designer. Are you a Designer for the Events Industry..?
Our client is a live events and communications agency working across the globe for blue-chip internationals, creating integrated communication solutions through a variety of media channels.
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer.
You need a proven track record and be able to demonstrate your creative flair. We want you to be a passionate, free-thinking creative who’s capable of turning their ideas into original corporate communications that confound client expectations and keep them coming back for more. Ideally, you’ll be presentable and have the necessary skills to interact directly with our clients. Ideally from an agency background, with experience in designing event materials and event collateral
About the role
You will have proven experience of applying your design skills to a diverse range of mediums for the event and exhibition environment e.g. Sales conference, road shows, annual general meetings, product launches, road shows etc.
Working together with the production team and the Head of Studio, you will come up with design solutions or event design solutions to meet the client’s brief and to help win pitches.
You will need to have excellent PowerPoint skills – designing and programming of presentations, and to go onsite for rehearsals and operating the graphics on-site.
You will have a sound knowledge of print process and art working, ranging from brochures, invites, programmes through to large-format printing.
You will possess fantastic attention to detail, strong team working skills and excellent communication abilities
About you
You’ll also have good project experience and time management skills
In-depth working knowledge of CS3 on Mac and PC, and fully conversant in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Additional knowledge of Flash, After Effects, Final Cut Pro will be an advantage.
You are presentable and articulate, as you will be interacting directly with clients at senior level
You are passionate about what you do, and ideally have at least 5 years experience in the communication and events industry
